RETURN POLICY

Return Policy is not applicable for the products being sold on this website and hence NO RETURN request is accepted or entertained. Damages due to not being able to use the program/software are not covered in this policy.

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

You can cancel your order online before the product has been sent to you via email. In such circumstances, your entire order amount will be refunded. You can do so by emailing us at the provided email addresses.

An order cannot be canceled in case the product has already been sent and/or delivery has already been made.
Once you request the cancellation of your order, it will take us approximately 3 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same. However, for having the money transferred back to the source of the transaction, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by us. The refund would be made upon deduction of all applicable charges including bank charges. No Part Refund shall be accepted. All other applicable charges shall apply.

All return/refund requests must accompany the original physical invoice.

PROGRAM CANCELLATION: In case of any cancellation of the program by Arha, for whatsoever reason, the maximum cumulative relief/refund cannot exceed the monies received by Arha, subject to applicable taxes.
